CONDITION and VALUE SURVEY
INSURANCE or FINANCE SURVEY

On vessels up to 60 feet in length pricing is $12.00 per foot.

On vessels over 61 feet length pricing is $10.00 per foot.

The pricing stated above includes the Sea Trail and the Wetted Surface Survey.

Vessels under 30 feet, depending on their location mileage rate, may be included on the above-stated pricing.

Mileage rate is $.48 per mile, going and returning, being determined by Mapquest from Poplar Bluff, Missouri.

If an overnight stay is required the lodging expense will be added into the final cost.

It is recommended you contact the surveyor to pre-determine your needs to avoid any undiscussed
subjects/costs at the
completion of the survey or project.

APPRAISALS AND WORK LIST

Appraisals are not surveys and should not be construed as a survey. If an appraisal is wanted I will look at the vessel to determine if it is fit for the intended purpose, as well as check the overall condition. Appraisals take two to three hours. At the conclusion of the appraisal a computer formatted written report and CD of the report is presented as timely as possible. Appraisals are $150.00.

In anticipation of any unforeseen detrimental situations, a boat owner may want a Work List performed on the vessel. Having a knowledgeable
person come onboard to
thoroughly go-over the vessel can lend tremendous insight in this situation. "THIS IS NOT A SURVEY AND SHOULD NOT CONSTRUED AS A SURVEY". Like an appraisal this will normally take two to three hours. A computer formatted written Work List will be presented as timely as possible after the Work List Check has been completed detailing any item (items)/area (areas) that need to be addressed.
Work List cost is $150.00.

DAMAGE CLAIMS AND CONSULTING

Damage Claims are billed at $50.00 per hour. Any mileage, lodging, meals, telephone, faxing and any other expenses incurred associated with the claim will be added.

Consulting is billed at $50.00 per hour. When necessary any mileage, lodging, meals, telephone, faxing and any other expenses incurred associated with the consult will be added.

New boater orientation is $50.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum.

Owner orientation is $50.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum.
